We recently went on holiday to France with Eurocamp over the Easter School Holidays and we thought it may be helpful to list the costings of our holiday so people can see how we budget and what everything costs. Feel free to ask any questions in the comments below or use our contact us form if you have anything to ask.
What Did Our Easter Family Holiday To France Cost?
So here is the breakdown of what everything cost us for our 8 night holiday in France
Accommodation & Ferry travel = £696.94 (We were then refunded £12 for not having a tumble truck)
Lunch On Way Down = £26.40
Travel Insurance = Annual policy which we pay every November
Petrol = £? I cant actually find the costs for this! We did 3 full tanks though.
Spending Money = £602.41 (this included all our food, excursions and tolls)
Credit Card = £9.37 (This was our car parking fees from days out)
Parc Asterix Tickets = Free (okay it cost us £45 in Tesco vouchers)
Pets = Free (my parents looked after our dogs and rabbits)
TOTAL = £1323.12
As you can see we had our holiday for under £1500 in total. For a family of 4 we think this is a pretty decent price. We had a blast and we didn’t let our problems with Eurocamp dampen our spirits. Out of our spending money, (which has been converted into pounds from Euros) we had roughly 80 euros left at the end of the holiday.

If you have any questions let me know, or if you think I have missed something out leave a comment below and I’ll let you know costings.
Have you ever done a Eurocamp holiday or the same type of holiday just with a different holiday company before?
