Getting outside with our boys is always a top priority, we love getting out and about and letting the boys explore. Now that the weather is finally starting to improve, we have been trying to get out a bit more. However, sometimes this can be difficult with our family businesses.
It’s great when the weather improves as we can start taking off out winter layers and get ready for Spring/Summer. Isjborn of Sweden has a great range of outdoor clothing for children. As it is made in Sweden, you know you are going to get good quality clothing.
Getting Outside Now The Weather Is Improving
Our boys have Trapper Pants which have reinforced knees which is just what you need for two lively boys. They are great for getting out and about whether it be for daily use or when we take them out hiking. They look really comfy and the boys seem happy enough to run about in them and get dirty.
As we live in Scotland then it is more than likely going to rain at some point, which isn’t a problem with a lightweight rain jacket. It folds up small and can stay in our backpack until needed. It is also great as even though its thin, which is great for Spring/Summer we can even use it in the Autumn with extra layers underneath.
If you were looking for a mid layer then the Isjborn Softshell Jacket is perfect as it has 3 layers in it. This means it is wind/waterproof and is breathable which is great for while out hiking. Big K loves this jacket and it kept him warm and dry on a recent outing to RSPB Loch Leven.
We try not let the weather dictate to us when and where we go (its normally work commitments that stop us). However, if we all have the appropriate clothing for our chosen activity then it doesn’t normally matter if it is raining or not. We would highly recommend Isjborn of Sweden to any parent.
Have you been getting outside more now that the weather is improving? Let us know in the comments below!
Disclaimer: We received these items of clothing from Isjborn of Sweden in return for a review on our blog. However, our opinion is 100% our own and honest.
