Welcome to Travel Memories Week 32! We hope to post every week a photo from our past travels (before children included) that makes us smile and remember the moment. We love taking photos of our travels (especially me – Sam) so we thought we would start this little series and see where it takes us. Memories are so special and when we forget we can look back at all our photo albums and know that there were happy moments which we can cherish.
Our Travel Memories
This picture was taken back in August of this year (2016). We had been to Cramond for lunch and Big K and his daddy went for a bike ride afterwards. Little K and myself were walking (mainly in the hope he would fall asleep but that never happened!)
We have been to Cramond a few times and okay it isnt that far for us to travel however I love this picture of Big K looking out at Cramond Island. I probably looked like a right plonker trying to get close enough for a picture and get everyone out of the shot! It’s pictures like this that make me appreciate how the simple things in life can make kids happy. Definitely need to step back every more often and just let the kids be kids.

Do you have a favourite travel memory? Feel free to share, we would love to hear from you.
