Welcome to Travel Memories Week 13! We hope to post every week a photo from our past travels (before children included) that makes us smile and remember the moment. We love taking photos of our travels (especially me – Sam) so we thought we would start this little series and see where it takes us. Memories are so special and when we forget we can look back at all our photo albums and know that there were happy moments which we can cherish.
Our Travel Memories
This picture was taken this year (2016), at Compiegne, France. We visited back in April 2016 on our Easter holiday to France. The weather was rubbish the day this picture was taken. We had tried for about 2 hours to find somewhere indoors to look around but didn’t come up with anything that would be suitable for the boys. So we went to Compiegne for a walk around. Our eldest son wanted his picture taken outside the “big palace” so we put both boys in position and snapped away until they were both bored! Even though it was a wet day we had such a good day just walking about and exploring.
Do you have a favourite travel memory? Feel free to share, we would love to hear from you.
