Travel Memories #4 – Paris, 2008

Welcome to Travel Memories Week 4! We hope to post every week a photo from our past travels (before children included) that makes us smile and remember the moment. We love taking photos of our travels (especially me – Sam) so we thought we would start this little series and see where it takes us. Memories are so special and when we forget we can look back at all our photo albums and know that there were happy moments which we can cherish.

Our Travel Memories
This picture was taken back in June 2008 on a weekend trip to Paris. I was suppose to go with my mum to celebrate doing well at College but she was pretty unwell and we decided it would be best for her to stay at home. I asked one of my closest friends if she would like to go and she said yes. We spent so much time walking around that weekend our feet were so sore! We managed to see Notre Dame (pictured above), Eiffel tower (although we didn’t get to go up to the top), Arc de Triumph and more. We loved every minute of it and can’t wait to go back again at some point in the future.  Have you ever been to Paris? What was your favourite place to see?

Do you have a favourite travel memory? Feel free to share, we would love to hear from you.
